08 · SAME SYNTAX · HUNDO HUNTER VAULT

Every search string on this page also works in the Hundo Hunter iOS app vault. If you've OCR-scanned your collection into the vault, you can filter on Lucky + IV + buddy tier + source in one query — without scrolling.

Built it that way because the in-game search has a character cap that drops compound queries. Vault search is unlimited.

09 · FAQ
How do I find hundos in my storage?

Search "4*" — that returns every Pokémon with perfect 15/15/15 IVs. If you want to find near-hundos to consider re-rolling via trade, use "3*" which matches IVs between 80% and 99% (everything one stat away from perfect).

What's the best PvP search string?

Use "0-1attack&3-4defense&3-4hp" to find Pokémon with low Attack IV and high Defense + HP IVs — the spread that maximizes stat product under the CP caps for Great League and Ultra League. Pair with the species name (e.g. "medicham&0-1attack") to filter to specific PvP candidates.

How do I see Pokémon I've never used as a buddy?

Search "buddy0" — that returns every species you have never set as your active buddy. Useful for the Hero medal grind (need to walk every species you own to Best Buddy for max progress).

Can I combine search strings?

Yes. Use & for AND, comma for OR, and ! to negate. For example: "shadow&4*" finds Shadow hundos. "fire, water&!shiny" finds non-shiny Fire- or Water-types. "+pikachu&shiny" finds all shinies in the Pikachu evolution line.

How do I find Pokémon I can evolve into a new Pokédex entry?

Use "evolvenew" — that returns only Pokémon whose evolution would tick a new Pokédex entry box. Much cleaner than scrolling all evolve-eligible Pokémon. Pair with "+latias" or similar to find specific lines.

Does the search work for trade history?

Yes. "traded" returns every Pokémon obtained via trade — they have the small handshake icon next to their CP. Useful for tracking Lucky candidates (only traded Pokémon can become lucky on trade).
