Find your hundos.
Power up the right ones.
The companion iOS app scans your whole collection — start a Screen Recording to Hundo Hunter, scroll through your storage, and every mons gets captured + IV-checked automatically. The website tools are the calculators that back it. Both free, no login, no tracking.
Want the full thing?
The phone app does live broadcast OCR — start an iOS Screen Recording to Hundo Hunter while you scroll your storage and every mon gets captured automatically. Plus IV bar reading from photos, cleanup swipe-mode, dust budget, raid counters tied to your collection — and more.
The complete mons toolkit
Hundo Hunter is a free toolkit for mons trainers chasing perfect-IV catches, optimizing raid teams, building PvP rosters, and planning long-term collection goals. The website has every calculator a serious player needs — IV calculator, raid counter database, PvP team-builder, trade evaluator, power-up planner, stardust budget — plus reference pages for every Pokédex entry, move, type, generation, and historical event. No login. No tracking. No ads.
The companion iOS app extends the toolkit with live broadcast OCR: start an iPhone Screen Recording to Hundo Hunter while you scroll your storage, and every catch gets captured + analyzed automatically. The website and the app share the same tier-list data — what you see in one is what you see in the other.
Frequently asked
Is Hundo Hunter free to use?
Yes — the entire website is free with no ads, no login, and no tracking. The companion iOS app has a one-time $3.99 Pro tier that lifts the free 50-mons collection cap. Every calculator and reference page on the website is permanently free.
How does the IV calculator work?
Enter your mons's current CP, HP, and the stardust cost shown when you tap Power Up. The calculator solves the CP formula backwards, returning every IV combination that produces those exact numbers. For confirmed catches with at least one Power Up + appraisal, the candidate list usually narrows to one.
What is a hundo in-game?
A hundo is a mons with 15 / 15 / 15 IVs across Attack, Defense, and Stamina — the maximum possible. Hundos are rare: 1 in 4 096 wild catches, 1 in 216 raid catches, and ~5% from a Lucky trade (which floors IVs at 12/12/12). See the IV calculator + the glossary for the math.
How is the raid counter list ranked?
We score each attacker by (tier weight × effectiveness multiplier × moveset DPS). Tier weight comes from a consensus of PvPoke + Silph Arena PvE rankings. Effectiveness multiplier is the type matchup (×1.6 SE, ×0.625 resisted). Moveset DPS is the best published combo for that species. Top 12 by score gets surfaced on each boss page.
Where does the data come from?
Static reference data (stats, types, max CP, evolutions) is sourced from open data snapshots. Live data (current raids, research, events, Rocket lineups) refreshes hourly through our own API layer. Historical archives (Community Days, Spotlight Hours) are hand-curated. Full source list and credits live on the /about page.
Can I use Hundo Hunter offline?
The iOS app caches your collection and works offline for IV lookups + tier list browsing. The website needs an internet connection for live data, but reference pages (dex, types, glossary, etc.) cache aggressively in your browser after the first visit.
Does Hundo Hunter work with Android?
The website runs in any browser on any platform — Android, iOS, desktop. The companion app is iOS-only for now. Android is on the roadmap but no ETA yet — building OCR-quality Android scanning takes longer than the iOS counterpart due to fragmented camera APIs.
