Stand within range of a PokéStop with a Glacial Lure → evolve Eevee → Glaceon. Mossy Lure → Leafeon. The Lure can be placed by anyone, including yourself. Lures cost 200 PokéCoins from the shop, or you can wait for events that drop free ones. Use /pokestops to find spinnable stops near you.

After name tricks are burned, evolving without a method gives a random 1-in-3 between Vaporeon / Jolteon / Flareon. There's no nickname workaround for repeat evolutions. The only way to get these specifically: evolve a stack of Eevees and accept the RNG. For competitive PvP picks, save your name trick for the hundo.

Hundo Eevees + shiny Eevees should ALWAYS use the name trick — those are the keepers. Wild non-shiny Eevees can RNG-evolve. For the buddy / lure methods, save your highest-IV Eevee for those (since each evolution costs 25 Candy + the method investment). Use /evolution to see the full cost matrix.
