01 · FULL EXPLANATION

Pseudo-legendaries are non-legendary mons with base stat totals around 600 — almost as strong as legendaries. The classic six: Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, Garchomp, Hydreigon, with newer additions like Goodra, Kommo-o, Dragapult, Baxcalibur.

Pseudos all share a 3-stage evolutionary line where the final form is the powerhouse. Most have Mega forms too, pushing them into raid-attacker top tiers.

In Master League, pseudos hold most of the non-legendary slots: Dragonite, Garchomp, and Tyranitar (especially Shadow) are mainstays.
