Pokémon GO Fest Copenhagen 2026 · park guide
June 11-14, 2026 at Refshaleøen. Mewtwo + Moltres + Entei 5★ raids, Shadow Kyogre/Groudon return, Primal raids all 4 days, Zeraora Special Research debut for European ticket holders.
Thursday, June 11 — Sunday, June 14 · 10:00–18:00 park / 20:00 city
The middle stop of the 2026 in-person Go Fest tour (Chicago → Copenhagen → Global). Adds a Nordic-themed Frostfall habitat that boosts Ice-type spawns not available at other parks.
Mewtwo with guaranteed Psystrike on capture. Moltres with Sky Attack. Entei is the surprise pick — first 5★ rotation since 2024. Park ticket holders get dedicated raid lobbies; remote trainers can join via invite codes.
Shadow Moltres = #1 Fire attacker (beats Mega Charizard Y per energy spent). Shadow Entei #2 Fire. Shadow Kyogre + Groudon return — top water + ground attackers, no rivals in their slot.
Both Primals available throughout the park window. Primal Kyogre = #1 Water attacker, Primal Groudon = #1 Ground + Fire attacker (Mud Slap + Precipice Blades). 3,000 orb energy per capture.
Each of the 4 days runs a different habitat: Volcano (Fire), Tide (Water), Storm (Electric/Flying), and a Nordic-themed Frostfall habitat exclusive to Copenhagen. Frostfall boosts Cryogonal + Snover + Vanillite.
Full Refshaleøen access · 4 daily 1-hour habitat blocks · Exclusive 5★ raid lobbies · Special Research with guaranteed Zeraora encounter (Europe debut) · Catch limit raised to 60/hour.
Citywide spawns + raids · No park entry · Same Special Research story · Catch limit raised to 45/hour · Best option if you can't commit a full day to the venue.
Candela's Quest for Victory event (June 9-15) globally · Doubled Mega energy from raid wins · Some raid lobbies invite-shareable from park trainers · Most cost-efficient way to chase the legendary raids without flying to Copenhagen.
Thursday, June 11 through Sunday, June 14, 2026. Park sessions run 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM local time. Citywide gameplay starts at 10:00 AM and runs until 8:00 PM each day. Special Research is auto-claimed when you start the app during the event window.
Refshaleøen — the converted industrial waterfront area east of the city center. Same venue as past Niantic events in Copenhagen. The 'city experience' radius extends across Inner City, Christiania, and Vesterbro. Metro line M2 to Christianshavn + a 15-minute walk gets you there.
Yes. The Europe-exclusive regional Mr. Mime gets a boost. Sigilyph (Middle East/Africa lock) is also boosted via the Special Research path so Park Pass holders get one even outside its normal zone. Both Bouffalant (Americas lock) and Pansage (Asia lock) appear as park-exclusive spawns each day.
Candela is the Team Valor leader (red team, Fire-type theme). The global Candela's Quest for Victory event (June 9-15) parallels the park experience for remote trainers — doubled Mega energy from raid wins, Ponyta with Candela accessory in the wild, Magmar + Numel stardust-boosted. Free for everyone, no ticket required.
Tokyo (May 29 - June 1) featured Mega Mewtwo X + Y debut. Chicago (June 4-7) headlines Mewtwo + Zapdos + Raichu. Copenhagen rotates to Mewtwo + Moltres + Entei. Each city brings a unique habitat — Tokyo had Waterfront, Chicago has Volcano/Tide/Verdant/Storm, Copenhagen adds the Nordic Frostfall habitat.
