Kingdom Cup is the three-type royal format — Fairy (queens), Dragon (kings), and Steel (knights). With Water + Ground + Fighting all excluded, Steel mons have free reign over the lead slot and Dragons live longer than usual.
The Fairy/Steel/Dragon triangle is the format's defining tension. Build around all three roles or you'll get walled by whichever leg you skipped.
