What is TDO in-game?
Total Damage Output — how much damage a mons deals across its full HP bar. Pairs with DPS to rank raid attackers.

TDO = DPS × time alive in a raid. A glass-cannon Mewtwo can have absurd DPS but only 10 seconds of uptime; a bulkier Metagross might deal less DPS but survive 25 seconds.
Niantic uses an Equivalent DPS combining both: eDPS = DPS² × TDO ^ (1/3) — the standard 'attacker rank' you see on Hundo Hunter and other sites.
TDO can be increased with bulkier IV spreads (DEF/STA 15) but the bottleneck is almost always ATK 15. For raids ALWAYS prioritize ATK first.
